Overview of grants

HEC China Scholarship 2022 in China. The HEC Scholarship in China is for any of the Pakistani students who need to pursue Undergraduate, Masters and Ph.D in Chinese Universities. The grant is available for the 2022-23 scientific meeting.

The HEC China Scholarship Council covers science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, economics, legal investigation, management, education, history, literature, philosophy and fine expressions for grantees at all levels. CSC scholarships are awarded by the China Scholarship Council.

Monetary benefits:

HEC will cover all costs and expenses during the Chinese Government Scholarship. The full Chinese scholarship will include:

Waiver of all tuition, administrative costs, application fee.

Free accommodation at the university.

Monthly stipend:

Lone Ranger Students: CNY 2,500 each month.

Expert students/general scholars: CNY 3,000 every month.

Doctoral students/seniors: CNY 3,500 every month.

Qualification criteria:

Basic Eligibility Criteria for Pakistani Students to Study in China:

Candidate should be a resident of Pakistan/AJK

Should include 12 years of tutoring (FA/FSc or equivalent A-level) under 25 for undergraduate programs

Should hold bachelor's certification under 35 years of age for master's programs

Should hold master's certification under 40 years for doctoral programs

Inadequate applications will not be included.

Understudies need to apply online at HEC portal as well as Chinese universities.

Scholarship for Science, Engineering, Agriculture, Medicine, Economics, Law Examinations, Management, Education, History, Literature, Philosophy and Fine Arts in Chinese University.

Required documents:

Please note that these documents should be uploaded online. Hard copies of applications are not required at this stage. Regardless, the hard way or insufficient applications will NOT be used.

Duplicate CNICs of applicant and father/guardian.

Duplicate of the applicant's residence.

Duplicate of online submitted HEC form.

Every single educational degree and transcripts from matriculation to the last final degree verified by HEC and IBCC.

Pre-confirmation letter from Chinese Government Scholarship Universities (not required)

A copy of the legitimate identification page.

Two letters of recommendation in original. (as if for master's and doctoral studies)

Two recent waist size photos.

Two copies of the applicant's mission statement.

Non-criminal record from the police department.

For business reasons, shortlisted candidates are expected to have a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the candidate's manager.

How to Apply for Chinese Government HEC Scholarship?

Apply online at HEC portal as well as Chinese universities. The full application process is listed below by the Higher Education Commission:

Apply online at: https://www.jobadvertisement.website/. Business Rs. 1000/ - through Bank Store Slip in HEC Online Account No. 17427900133401 at Habib Bank Limited, Shalimar Recording Company Branch, H-9, Islamabad and transfer the similar slip to HEC entrance for efficient customization of HEC online application structure. Expenditure can be deposited in HEC online record from any HBL branch in Pakistan.

After successfully placing the application on the HEC gateway, keep the printed duplicate application structure approved without anyone else.

Submit an online application on the CSC web interface at http://www.campuschina.org/through program Type: An and Agency No. 5861. Download the submitted duplicate of the complete application structure from the China Scholarship Board entry, print and keep the marked duplicate with you.
